I need to use an angle grinder to cut locks at a self storage facility (Don’t worry, it’s legal. I own the facility.). I have looked into cordless grinders but they are expensive, don’t provide a whole lot of power and don’t last very long.

I want to be able to put a car battery on wheels and plug the 7 amp angle grinder into it.

My first question: Is this possible?

Second question: How do I connect an outlet (or a power inverter) to the car battery?

Third question: How long will a car battery last doing this?

Fourth question: Can I recharge the battery in between uses?

As you advance, you can still do almost everything with hand tools and attachments, probably adding a grinder and sander as you progress, as well as dremels and other power hand tools and drill press attachments. As it says above, I have a air sander, impact tools, grinders, ect. I do various work on vehicles. My buddy turned it up to 140PSI, but I turned it back down to 90psi, but all the tools say 90 PSI MAX. Can I run my compressor higher then 90psi to get more power?? I dont want to over power my compressor and harm it. Its a Craftsman 2HP, 33Gal, 150PSI Max.

i dont have a garage and want to do projects with my truck. I am planning to use power tools such as grinders, and most especially an air compressor that can supply enough power to paint a car. i know i can put up light bulbs with any power inverter but vaccuums and other power tools that have moving parts, even if their rating is well below the rating of my inverter does not work, why and how can i solve this problem?
